Back-office partnerships & ticketing role: I onboarded partners, created and published activities on the ticketing platform and supported partner events and activations

Missions

  • Managed partner onboarding: contacting partners, gathering information, and coordinating next steps
  • Created and published partner activities on the ticketing platform (online sales + available at the counter)
  • Ensured data accuracy and consistency (prices, schedules, descriptions, multilingual content)
  • Supported partner events and activations (coordination, communication, operational follow-up)
  • Built processes and tools to speed up activity creation after partner meetings/reports
  • Improved the online shop / ticketing website presentation for a cleaner, more consistent look in 3 languages (FR/EN/ES)

Company context

Côte du Midi is a tourism office working with local partners to promote the territory. The role involved supporting ticketing operations, partner visibility, and event coordination across the season.
